Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the strivoracity.com travel planning and booking service.

1. What the service does

The service helps you plan and, where available, book travel-related services offered by third parties and/or arranged by us.

Planning-only: when you use the service to search and assemble an itinerary, tickets, and offers without us concluding bookings on your behalf, we provide guidance and informational tools, not a fully arranged trip.

Fully arranged services: where explicitly indicated in your booking flow, we coordinate the purchase of selected travel components from relevant providers and we may act as an intermediary in concluding contracts with those providers.

2. Pre-contract information; legal notices (Ukraine)

Before an electronic agreement is concluded for e-commerce transactions, the site provides legally required provider/contract information in the state language, including information enabling contact/claims regarding provided services, as required by Закон України "Про електронну комерцію" № 675-VIII and Закон України "Про захист персональних даних".

Consumer rights information is provided in accordance with Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів" № 3153-IX.

For tour and tourism services, pre-contract information is provided in an accessible and clear manner and matches the advertised terms (including price and conditions), as required by Закон України "Про туризм" № 324/95-ВР.

If the landing page includes travel/tour advertising, it is presented in a manner that is not misleading and is identifiable as advertising where applicable, as required by Закон України "Про рекламу" № 270/96-ВР.

If the site uses cookies or other tracking that processes personal data (e.g., identifiers), processing is performed in compliance with Ukrainian personal data protection requirements, including where required lawful processing and consent, as required by Закон України "Про захист персональних даних" № 2297-VI.

3. Our liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for provider actions or omissions, including delays, cancellations, schedule changes, lost items, or changes in third-party terms.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory law for consumer contracts.

4. Availability, changes, and updates

Service availability, offers, schedules, and prices may change. We may update information and tools without notice.

Where a booking is arranged, changes by providers may affect your itinerary. We will use reasonable efforts to communicate relevant changes that relate to the service we arrange.

5. Cancellation and refunds (general)

Cancellation and refund terms depend on the specific product, the provider, and the stage of the booking. Any applicable conditions will be displayed in your booking flow or provider documentation.

If you cancel, your eligibility for refunds may depend on provider policy, timing, and any non-refundable components.

6. Account and booking conduct

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account details up to date. You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or acted fraudulently.
